HHH 2018 Results Are In

Cranks:

If you are reading this blog post in an e-mail, the images probably won't come in the e-mail, so you may have to actually visit the blog (heaven forbid) to see the results.

This year, only two Coppell Cranks braved the road to Wichita Falls to ride the Hotter N Hell 2018, Walt Berend and Kit Vinson.

Walt did a bang up job that put him right above Tom Hudon in 2010 and right below Wade Peddy in 2013.

Mr. Walt, congratulations on a GREAT ride. You turned in a VERY respectable time.

Kit Vinson also rode the 100 miles in Wichita Falls. With only 2 summer rides under his belt, Kit signed up for the 75 mile ride, but at Hell's Gate he turned Left instead of Right, and the result of that decision will live in the Coppell Cranks history books forever.

Mr. Kit, thank you for taking a bullet for the team and putting yourself dead last on the scoreboard. Now, due to your sacrifice, no Crank will ever have to see their name at the list.

The Swollen Sphincter Award goes to Kit for spending 10 hours in the saddle.

Troy Naef doesn't ride with the Cranks anymore, but for those of you who remember him, he has evolved into quite the cyclist. At 5:30:07, Troy had finished the race before Kit had hit the 65 mile mark.

For those of you who may have had friends who attended the ride, here are all of the Coppell results.

Hotter n Hell 2018

Hey guys!!!! Kit here.

The HHH 2018 is quickly approaching - September 25th.

I just completed my online registration. It was easy and only cost about $40. I am doing the 75 mile ride.

If you are doing the ride, remember to let me know your time and distance so I can update the scoreboard.

I hope to see you there.
